paying with ideal/wero in the netherlands always a problem. as soon as you've paid you are logged out to an error page that says 404 not found. then when you go to the app your payment is still on hold and it takes ages for it to get through.
also have been asked to verify my identity several times. the moment I find another app where I can transfer to Rwanda I will deleta paysend again. Untill now actually WISE is the best, the cheapest and one that is always fast
Fenomenal service, instead of sending money abroad via bank application and paying crazy extra fees i can do it via this app, with VERY little fees, and the other party recieves it in less than a minute. An app for da real ones.
Really great app. For money transfers, I used to be a loyal Wise customer, but now I use PaySend exclusively. It is significantly faster. I usually receive cross-border transfers from Europe to Asia within a few minutes. The speed is impressive, and the exchange rate is reasonable. Honestly, I am surprised that a service this good exists. It almost feels unreal.
They frequently claim that transactions are handled swiftly and securely within minutes, but I have been waiting over 12 hours for my money transfer from the US to Vietnam. When I reached out for assistance, they informed me that I would need to wait 1-3 days. This is absurd; do not believe the app's advertisements. It might be wise to uninstall it to avoid wasting your time and getting frustrated.
After many successful transactions, I’ve encountered a serious problem that is quite alarming! I have £500 missing, and I’m not receiving any answers. I usually send money on Fridays or weekends, and it typically reaches the recipient’s account in minutes, but now it has been 5 days! My delivery is supposed to be sent tomorrow, but it won’t happen if they don’t receive the funds. All I hear is that the money has been sent, and the recipient's bank needs to process it, yet another payment I made afterward went through just fine. I received an email stating that the transfer is taking longer than usual, indicating there might be an issue with the system! I’m really anxious without any answers or my money.
Exercise caution when linking your credit card to this app. It appears that any money transferred from your credit card is treated as a cash advance. You will incur interest from the moment you transfer until you repay that amount, along with additional bank fees for the cash advance!
The service is incredibly inefficient and untrustworthy. It feels like a scam! I've been using this platform for over four years, and my feedback seems to go unnoticed. Customer support is lacking and hard to reach; you can only contact them via chat or email, with no phone support available. When you do manage to reach them, you're often put on hold with messages about other customers. Emails either go unanswered or receive automated replies that promise a response within 24 hours, but delays can stretch to 5 or even 10 days, if you hear back at all!
Recently, my transfer failed, and when I sought clarification, they blamed my bank's account number. After contacting my bank, they confirmed that all details were correct and that no transfer request was received. I can send money from other institutions without issue!
Their verification process is riddled with problems and has caused numerous inconveniences. I've undergone verification multiple times since early 2021, and each instance has been problematic. They even interrupted a transfer to request selfies and passports from the recipient in a very clumsy manner. My services were disrupted repeatedly, and the compliance department's verification methods pose a significant risk to your money. Ultimately, my account was terminated without any clear explanation, and customers are treated poorly.
