I am very disappointed with the lack of support and response from this company. They won’t send my money to another account. It’s illegal!
I have received an email from paytend about the closure of the account and was asked to provide my details of the bank where the funds will be sent. After this I have not received any emails of confirmation! My money is still on a paytend account and I am unable to access it!!!! Send it to my bank immediately !!!!!!!
