It's a long story but try to cover it short. Couple of years ago, we were using this scammers company for our business online payment where one client same as this people bought our product and availed IT services of couple weeks. After a month, he fileds a complaint and asked for refund. We've clearly communicated with the client that as per our ToC and you have already download the source code, you cannot claim for the refund. The same has been sent to PayU support too. But after a couple of years not sure what PayU did, that fund was held by my bankers. Now these PayU hired some dept collecting agency who don't understand anything (not even sure how intangible product sales works) keep emailing and one email we dragged payu and in the second PayU responded to the agency mentioning that "Don't put us on this, you take care". Wow ! I will never advice this fraudulent company to any company especially if you are into software.
