I used Payzy to place an installment order through a third-party merchant (GadgetAsia.lk). After the purchase, the merchant informed me that the item was out of stock and submitted a refund request to Payzy on 20th January.However, even after several days, the refund has still not been processed and the installment plan is still active. This is extremely unfair because I am being expected to pay for an order that was not fulfilled.I contacted Payzy through WhatsApp and email, but the support has been very slow and unhelpful. My messages were seen without a proper response or clear update.This has been a very stressful experience and I strongly feel Payzy needs to improve their customer support, refund handling process, and communication.I am still waiting for my refund and confirmation that the installment plan will be cancelled.
