There negative reviews speaks for itself, made a big mistake to open an acccount with them , as soon account opened and sent some funds the account is blocked , they are holding my funds for no reason at all , just bullying , would no recommend them at all , what a nightmare

It's been 10 days waiting for my money. To reflect in my account since I did a transfer I've been told it take 5 working days and now it is the 10 days no reply from payz to my. Several emails sent to customers support starting to believe pay is a scam they keep people moneys and don't actually transfer it. Payz claims to be regulated I'm taking this matter up with the FCA they need to be depard and red flaged don't us payz as a payment method they are a scam
I used Payzy to place an installment order through a third-party merchant (GadgetAsia.lk). After the purchase, the merchant informed me that the item was out of stock and submitted a refund request to Payzy on 20th January.However, even after several days, the refund has still not been processed and the installment plan is still active. This is extremely unfair because I am being expected to pay for an order that was not fulfilled.I contacted Payzy through WhatsApp and email, but the support has been very slow and unhelpful. My messages were seen without a proper response or clear update.This has been a very stressful experience and I strongly feel Payzy needs to improve their customer support, refund handling process, and communication.I am still waiting for my refund and confirmation that the installment plan will be cancelled.
Considering I've had an account 3 days this is laughable Ive given my details to someone to send some money for an item and I've logged on to try see if the money has been sent and my account now in review bare in mind this will be the only payment I've received and this person will not have complained because he'd have no reason to within a few hours Still "in review" and my money has disappeared giving 1 reply per day which is the same message every day dreadful people Coming up 4 days now in review and then they've had the cheek to message me after opening times and said that reviews are done in business hours so what's been happening all day today absouseless would only recommend if you like giving your money away 👍Had more excuses today saying they need more time for there "review" absolute joke of a company Day 5 now getting ignored because I've spoke my mind these people are scumbags and don't care less about there customers 5 days review for 1 payment on a week old account absolutely disgusting customer service ill be taking this further payz suck ya ma An update they sent the money back to source and closed my account what a waste of time DONT GET THIS APP ALL THE PEOPLE ARE A WASTE OF AIR AND WILL TARGET YOU FOR NO REASON
