I am usually really happy with zilch but I changed my phone so went to log back in and it saying it will send me an email to confirm my account the email never comes through and I have spoke to zilch they are emailing me but cannot do the simple thing of attaching the link to the email or signing me back in I cannot see what I am unable to pay back and the customer service isn’t the best really disappointing this has been going on over a week
