I actually envy those people who have said it’s easy to use this card.My first attempt was declined,my 2nd,3rd and 4th attempts were seriously frustrating and all failed,if my 5th attempt fails this week,in the bin it goes.Before I’m accused of being at fault I’m not !!!! Have a good day
Have been trying to link my new debit card for two weeks. Keep getting passed from pillar to post. All I want to do is pay and they are making it so difficult. Told I can pay on the phone over live chat then the customer service assistant on the phone telling me that’s not true. It’s almost like they don’t want me to pay. Once I’ve got through the hell of paying I’ll be shutting the account!
Absolute joke I have been Trying to get replys with live chat and never get one also I was never told I could get fees back whe merchants cancelled a item plus with all the years I have been a zilch customer and I have also made multiple complaints about the way things are handle in a reasonable time frame and they are handled incorrect I shouldn't have to write this review but its the only way i will get heard
Very Disappointed, I decided to give these guys another go and I have enjoyed the service, but I missed a instalment 3 days ago and all hell broke lose. Accounts have been blocked stopped, I have been logged out, about 30 attempted transactions. They have got themselves in a right twist and just need to calm down a little bit, its 3 days and I did not notice. I will pay this tomorrow and move on. Very sad your losing a good customer/s like me for silly reasons like this. Sort it out guys, I liked it.

I've had issues with zilch app and now I'm 900 in debt because and not one bit of help. Every chat I have trying to fix this a new person takes over, I'm on my 12th email now awaiting the 13th person to reply.
On the phone she could barley speak English and just started shouting. All because she asked for my address and WHEN SHE ASK FOR ADRRESS YOU TELL HER ADRRESS and postcode.
I'm getting legal advice atm and going from there but this company is run by.... Whatever. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Customer service is pathetic and just reply by reading of a script. That will change in court.
Was able to buy a pair of top quality walking boots and the affordable repayments made it an achievable way to do this. I could plan ahead and the text reminders were really friendly and helpful.
Helped me pay off my debt with no judgement as understood my situation and then allowed me to start using them again which has helped alot!

Hi this was the first time i used zilch it was so easy i had the zilch visa card and i used it in tesco for some food shopping and it was so easy just put the credit card in the machine and entered the pin no and all done and the best thing is you dont pay anything today you pay every two weeks of three equal payments starting two weeks after purchase absolutley brilliant would highly recomend it.

I am usually really happy with zilch but I changed my phone so went to log back in and it saying it will send me an email to confirm my account the email never comes through and I have spoke to zilch they are emailing me but cannot do the simple thing of attaching the link to the email or signing me back in I cannot see what I am unable to pay back and the customer service isn’t the best really disappointing this has been going on over a week
