Absolute Joke of a Service
Tried to use Zilch for a tiny £45 purchase — literally pennies compared to what they claim to approve — and it still gets rejected. The maths is simple: £45 split over 6 weeks is under £11.25 per payment, with no fee. Anyone with a calculator can see that should go through without drama.
But nope. Zilch somehow manages to fail the easiest approval logic known to mankind. Enough balance, clean account, tiny amount… still rejected. What’s the point of offering “pay in 4” if you can’t even approve a transaction that fits perfectly into your own rules?
Feels like the system just throws random declines for fun. Completely unreliable. Waste of time...
