Every time, I get a refund from Amazon, Zilch never refund me fully. They're always taking it off a pay in 6 plan. Starting to really pee me off because I really need that money to be in my bank. I think they do this to cause confusion and also to thieve money because the amount of orders I make on Amazon I don't have the time to be having to contact their customer service, who never even respond, even with the premium service.
