Phoned on Wednesday following up an email sent 3 weeks ago for an update.Told dealing with a leak elsewhere and would call back by end of day. Still waiting for that callback from Terri. The managed estate I live on has got progressively worse , landscaping company do little to no work and the estate is becoming untidy. Want to increase fees by 60% next period for what. More incompetence and poor management. Do not use at all they are useless and incompetent.
