I ordered a Samsung tablet, a case and a glass screen protector, which all arrived together in a large box with a scrunched-up bit of paper on top of them in the box, so packaging was pretty rough, however nothing damaged.
But, I have actually ordered the wrong case and screen protector, and I would of thought just a quick courtesy call to say "Hi, just checking to see if you realised that the case and screen protector you ordered, is the wrong size for the tablet you have ordered, would you like me to send you information about the right size case and screen protector", but no, I now have a the right tablet and a case and screen protector that is the wrong size. Yes, I should have read the description properly, but a courtesy call would have been nice, would have taken 5 minutes max.
