My go to when I need to make a general tech purchase. Competitive pricing. Good range of product quality, so there is something suitable for most purposes. Purchases always arrive very well packaged, and with the right order timing I can get it rurally delivered on the West Coast the next day.
Most impressed with the speedy delivery, I ordered a monitor and the 'blurb' said delivery would be Tuesday, it arrived on Monday morning at 8am.
If AI decides to mess about with my words I will not be impressed.
Easy to order and delivery to collection point was easy. What wasn’t easy was for the NZPost person to enter the very long reference number (this should be simplified for them)
Laptop was well packaged and as described and arrived faster than a curry through the bowel system! Ordered one day, arrived the next, more than happy with the service, no problems here.

Have only purchased online. Vacuum l ordered was on backorder. In the end l cancelled it as it was taking too long. Won't do that again. However, ordered another using the store credit and it was delivered in days.Pleased with this product. Great suction but on the heavy side.
Was cheaper than anywhere else, and unniversal tv remote works perfectly. Arrived the following full day!! Very happy, I had bought from Fruugo and remote didnt match it took 2 weeks to get here and cannot be returned and was $10 dearer.
Quick service and delivery, my new laptop is performing better than expected, so really pleased with the purchase. Impressed with how easy the process was, the product was packaged well and communication excellent. This was and a really good customer experience - would definitely recommend!
I've been using PBTech for a good few years now - and have never felt they give anything less than 100% service. The website works well, the in-store staff are friendly and helpful and deliveries for online purchases are fast. :)
