I have been trying to book a time to get my PC upgraded. Walked jnto the christchurch branch on saint asaphs. Was rudely told to book online and that they were full at the moment. I have then gone on their website to book for a time slot to get my p c upgraded. An email came back telling me to call them. I have called both hornby and christchurch central branches, both of which did not answer. In fact, hornby branch rang for so long that they told me that no one is available to take my call and to try the website again. This is extremely frustrating, as I have been ping ponging back and forth between the website and trying to call them. Not impressed. Would give zero stars if possible.
