Only after paying for product & shipping and upon opening the package I see the WARNING LABEL ON BACK OF PRODUCT! I asked numerous times for a PCA SKIN prepaid shipping label, challenging the company for FALSE ADVERTISING and NEVER ONCE did PCA Skin apologize. Customer Service kept saying I had to front return/tracked shipping to get my order refunded. Absolutely disgusted at the wanton attitude about false advertising (yes, I am allergic to many types of pollen and could have had QUITE the reaction) and lack of responsibility in admitting such.
