It will suffice to say this proved one of the most negative processes I have encountered. The agent could not do the required task and was more interested is selling me other packages. Later the same day I again made contact and was met with Elizabeth who clearly was at the top of her game and quickly sorted out the issue. A good ambassador for her company.
