PC HelpSoft is amazingly easy to use, very fast, compact on the screen, easy to set up for automatic scanning and quite cheap compared to other systems. I, as always, being outdated on my pc/laptop usage, need a support that will be trustworthy and competent. There are always hiccups however the team seems to understand and guide me as I need. I will rather choose PC HelpSoft than others because I like the colour of their logo and it's easy to learn. Thank you PC HelpSoft, and I need to ask another question soon to add my next pc on the same plan....

The PC HelpSoft Application would pop-up whenever it wanted to and would interrupt any activity I was doing on my computer just to do a scan that would update 0 of my drivers. The only time it actually updated my drivers was the first time I installed it. And after that none of my drivers needed updating, and I'm on Windows 11. It would even overwrite any other application that was running causing it to crash, which becomes a problem when working on something or playing games. I recommend that you do not get this application if you hate pop-ups and stay active on your computer of long periods of time. This is the bold truth.
I contacted the company initially due to being unable to add a purchases programme to my laptop. My first contact was with Hugo who advised that remote intervention was required. It will suffice to say this proved one of the most negative processes I have encountered. The agent could not do the required task and was more interested is selling me other packages. Later the same day I again made contact and was met with Elizabeth who clearly was at the top of her game and quickly sorted out the issue. A good ambassador for her company.
I was mislead and charged almost double what I thought I would be paying.I havent recieved any request for info. I find it weird that they comment on a negative review so fast as they want to be helpful. when I talked to an agent named nate he said nothing he could do but sent me a link said they would e helpful and quick i used the link and sent an email to the billing department and neither have offered any help or solution! I would be more than happy to edit my review if they where actually Interested in doing the right thing. I would beware of this company
If you write that you are FREE, you should keep that promise and not charge in the last step.It is like restaurant would advertise serving dinner for free. They serve it for free but ONCE you want to eat they would say No, You have to pay to eat. Serving was "free" . 😎😅🙂
