I’ve been a pCloud customer for a while, but every single month I get the same payment failure message saying there was an “UNEXPECTED SYSTEM ERROR.” Their system simply cannot process recurring monthly payments reliably, and I have to go in and pay manually each time.Support has not fixed this issue, and it’s been going on for months. For a company selling cloud storage, this is completely unacceptable. I like the product itself, but the billing experience is broken and frustrating. Until they provide a working, reliable payment solution, I can’t recommend pCloud to anyone.
