I began my service in 2021 with their anti-virus, then added their VPN two years later. However, when I tried to add more services in November 2025, everything went wrong. In August 2025, they canceled my VPN, which I had fully paid for. In November, they also canceled my lifetime anti-virus subscription and switched me to a yearly package for $160.00 after I complained about the service cancellations. Now, I'm left waiting for someone to contact me.
