Total scammers. Lied to me over the phone about what ticket price was available after the one I purchased from them was "no longer available". I had to approve a ticket $130 more expensive. 3 days later I still did not receive a ticket. I called the airline directly and they informed me that this company called them and told the airline that they are my "friend" trying to confirm a ticket for $130 less than what this PCM company charged. The airline also said that the email this company provided for the ticket was not mine but someone else's. Thank goodness the airline intervened. I still lost $95.90 to this company. Total scam, do not believe them.
