100% a scam company. YouTube “Airline Ticket Scam Exposed!” By PleasantGreen. Proof right there that these Indian scammers will take your money and give you nothing but fake emails in return. Beware of the fake 5 star reviews from accounts with 1 or 2 reviews total.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company; it’s a scam. While traveling with my family, I arrived at the airport only to find I didn’t have my tickets. I had to buy new tickets through another service, and when I submitted a claim, they told me it was non-refundable.
I encountered a frustrating experience! The representative misled me about being in Vancouver and claimed the prices I saw online were outdated. The verification email lacked a detailed cost breakdown, only showing a total. They insisted all charges were from the airline, which turned out to be untrue. When I called to clarify, the representative maintained they had explained everything, but the taxes and charges were not as described. This was incredibly disappointing!
