I received a telephone call regarding my concern and was impressed with how they wanted to rectify the situation plus totally understanding regarding how a contact number should be provided on the email and how they should say who is calling before demanding that you are Mr Mrs or Miss etc . So I have updated my review and rating to 4 stars and will be using them.
