Despite specific clear instructions not to claim against Mercedes, two instructions were ignored, I purchased the vehicle on 0% interest, so obviously no commission had been paid to anyone.

Dreadful company .The usual old tales of "name and address and we sort everything" then months later

Dreadful company .The usual old tales of "name and address and we sort everything" then months later start asking for everything they said you did not need to provide . Agreement numbers, Car registrations , finance companies used, previous addresses ,amounts ,dates , times , years ,the list is endless and proves they CANNOT access or sort ANYTHING . Scam company with very unprofessional terminology used by phone staff who call you "love" then when you question their "data base" or "portals" they claim to use, or where they got this data ,they hang up. They think everyone are fools and don't understand this technical jargon, but when questioned on it, stumble and embarrass themselves further with "we cant discuss that under GDPR " ?! What GDPR ??? its YOUR INFO!!!! They are laughable , ridiculous and embarrassing . I terminate the calls but they ring on different numbers . Badly paid , not trained , poorly educated, minimum wage tele-sales clowns scraping around for a quid . Dreadful company. Watch the reply they give - it will address nothing but give some spew about regulations and claim times or something ridiculous to that affect . Trust me it will be a redundant reply . Then they will have the audacity to try to blame me or ask me to make further inquiries ! See if I’m wrong ?!
