When I finally got my laptop back, even more keys—sixteen in total—had stopped working. After nearly a month, I ended up with a functioning fan but a worse keyboard than when I sent it in. The staff were polite, and they did fix the original fan issue, but the overall experience left me dissatisfied due to the costs, delays, and new problems that arose.
