My step daughter ordered a refurbished computer for me through Amazon, the company being a third party company. (PC Refresh) An email stating the computer had been shipped was received, then another email arrived saying that the computer had not been shipped because it was being examined by PC Refreshes QC department and had not been shipped, oddly enough it showed up the following day. Upon examination I discovered the side of the tower was not secured into place and when I set up the system the video was not working. I called PC Restore and explained the situation and stated that the wait time was causing a major issue and was told they would have a replacement to me in 48 hours, it has yet to arrive. I would strongly suggest avoiding dealing with this company. NB they supply Best Buy as well as Amazon. BE AWARE!
