My conveyancer changed midway through, and I often had to chase repeatedly for updates, with phone contact proving difficult.
While the transaction eventually completed, there are still unresolved post-completion matters, including retention funds and confirmation of final documents. Additional fees also increased the overall cost beyond the original quote.
Overall, the experience was stressful and frustrating due to poor communication and delays. I’ve submitted a formal complaint but have yet to receive a meaningful response.
