Disappointing support and communication from the team. We were upgrading workstations for our creative team, each costing nearly 6k£, but decided to test with one build first. It turned out to be a complete disaster; the service did not take our needs seriously and completely overlooked our requirements. Perhaps we were just unfortunate with their support, but we certainly will not engage with this company again.
