This was actually my second time calling about an issue with my RGB lighting not working on my PC case. I had already checked everything I could think of, BIOS settings, all internal wires and connections, tried multiple different software programs, even reinstalled Windows and reconnected everything inside the case. Nothing worked. The system simply could not detect that the RGB lights were installed.
I was literally on the verge of making an 8 hour round trip to deliver the computer in person for repair when I decided to call one more time.
I’m so glad I did.

Within under half an hour, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a firmware update that neither I nor the previous technician had even considered. As soon as the update was done, the RGB lights were fully working again.
It genuinely felt like genius-level diagnostics. After all the troubleshooting I had already done, I was convinced it had to be a hardware fault. Instead, Mathew saved me an entire day of travel and the hassle of sending the machine back.
