PC never worked from the start. After extensive review they want me to send it back at my expense to England from the Canary Islands. EU consumer law is very clear that I don't have to pay for sending a product that never worked.
I still have a non-functioning PC, same as in the beginning, they don't do anything to take it back. Directive (EU) 2019/771 requires my remedies to be provided free of charge and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
