I purchased a laptop, granted it's not new, however I would think that the laptop would be tested in all aspects before being shipped out to me. Upon receiving the laptop, I realized that the keys were sticking on the right side of the keyboard. I had to press multiple times to get certain letters, numbers and symbols to show up. I would think that this would be tested beforehand. I find it very hard to believe that someone didn't know that the keys were messed up. I sent an email, received a response and emailed the requested info two times. Twice I was told that the email that I sent was blank. Finally, resent and was told that a return label would be sent, but it would take up to 5 days for me to receive via email. I have to send the computer back to be fixed and the turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks. I am not happy and almost just want to tell them to keep it and refund my money. Please do better!
