PCS for people has a lot of great programs and offers for low income people. I was able to buy a very nice refurbished laptop at a very reasonable price. Their customer service has been very helpful; I recommend calling them though, because they are more reachable that way (by email can take awhile, unless you are responding to a prior email string that a rep sent you). They are a non-profit, so I don't expect them to be as available as Am*zon for example. :) I have only had a couple issues with purchases through their EBB program, but they have resolved them for the most part.
