Signed up in order to change one document and had to sign up for a 7-day free trial. Forgot about it and didn’t get any reminder that my free trial has ended and I would now be charged 49,99$ which I noticed was charged from my account. Immediately reached out to them and said that this was utter bullshit and they came with excuses and send me to their refund policy page, after reading it it had a statement that as a EU citizen you have 14 days to back out and get a full refund. So I emailed them back with a picture of this and now supposedly my moneys on its way back. Scam company that obviously gets it money from people not knowing their rights. DONT USE THIS AT ALL.
