They billed me 49.99 euros saying i have a membership active i never pay memberships without writing it down never received email about it and when i ask for a refund after 3 hours as i went to website to check what is the merchant saw a subscription without even my own card but refund was declined .. never got scammed like this
That’s a scam, they took 50$ from my bank account even I purchased only 1 week by 1 $. There was not any sign referring to a larger plan! I emailed customer service and they refused to refund although I explained that I don’t need it and I didn’t purchase!
Don’t ever use this site. They are scam artist. You select one time payment for one damn file and they start charging you 50 bucks a month even though u selected one time payment. Very bad service, they started to charge me, even though I didn't subscribed to the services. Now they are removing money from my account without me authorizing it. This company is totaly fraud and they are steeling our money.

Honestly, I didnt read the terms and condtions. You sign up for a free pdf tool, then its stings you for 99c. Fair enough thinks me, thats not a lot. But then they auto subscribe you to a $50usd/month subscritpion! $50 a month!

Forgot about it and didn’t get any reminder that my free trial has ended and I would now be charged 49,99$ which I noticed was charged from my account. Immediately reached out to them and said that this was utter bullshit and they came with excuses and send me to their refund policy page, after reading it it had a statement that as a EU citizen you have 14 days to back out and get a full refund. So I emailed them back with a picture of this and now supposedly my moneys on its way back. Scam company that obviously gets it money from people not knowing their rights. DONT USE THIS AT ALL.
