SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Like others have said, this company appears at the top of sponsored results promising free conversion and then not only charges you £1.99 for the privilege, but sneakily signs you up to a subscription you don’t know about then 7 days later, deducts £49.99 from your account claiming ‘it’s in their Terms and Conditions’ which are not obvious at the time of the transaction.
Dodgy business practices all round - automated template responses, hidden charges, and fees that don’t take account of currency exchanges £1.99 in the U.K., €1.99 in Europe and presumably $1.99 in the U.S is not fair pricing). I will be pursuing a refund from this unethical company through my bank. Please don’t make the same mistake!
