Before being able to download my document. I was asked to pay for it, which I did. This was very difficult and messed up my whole document that I had worked on for hours. Before using the website your automatically asked to leave a review on trust pilot. I have contacted the pdf website team and they did reply but my problems have not been resolved. Ive been charged for something I couldn't use. So will not be using this again.
