I ordered a product in September that shipped in October. PDN Express received it on November 4th and last updated the tracking on November 17 ("departed facility"), and since then there has been no movement or communication. My parcel has been stuck for nearly two weeks with no updates. This level of delay and lack of transparency is very concerning. They don't answer phone calls or emails either.
