A peculiar way to deliver a package. (In the waste bin) Luckily, I check my email regularly, otherwise it would have gone straight into the garbage truck, and oh yeah, I was at home.
Not even worth one star. This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.
We placed an order on January 5, 2026 through AliExpress, and they claimed they couldn’t find our address and that delivery attempts were unsuccessful. This makes no sense, as we receive daily deliveries from multiple suppliers and regularly ship out packages with different couriers without any issues.
After countless back-and-forth emails and WhatsApp messages — most of which went unanswered (they respond to maybe one out of ten) — we are still left without our package. They initially estimated delivery within one week, yet it has now been over 50 days and we have received nothing.
Extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I'm still waiting! This service needs to be investigated and have its license revoked. The website is misleading, and the contact information is incorrect (both numbers disconnect after a message prompt states they don't accept messages). Reach out to your seller and inform them that you don't want to use this service for future orders. They have a presence on a professional networking site, so I suggest leaving them a review and a message there.
Completely unreliable service. The courier attempted to deliver my package at 10:18 PM. Have they lost their senses? They claimed to have left it at my front door, but when I went to check, it was missing, which likely means it was stolen, if not by them. Now I have no Christmas gift for my son. I had never heard of this company before, but their incompetence and irresponsibility are unacceptable.
Extremely disappointing service. Of the two packages delivered, both were stolen. I rushed to the door as soon as I received the delivery notification, but there was nothing there. It seems like the same individual might be taking the packages before the delivery notification is logged.

My package has been held at a facility two hours away, and they refuse to answer any emails about its delivery. There’s no address for the facility, and the contact numbers are inactive. It’s been a month; I have to assume the package will never arrive.
