I am being discriminated against as I have complained thus I’ve also become the target of victimisation by Peabody. They after years favour an upper customer who has placed laminated floor down in full view of a housing manager. The camera proves this. After an ASBO and video footage showing drug dealing the upper customer is still favoured and allowed to keep the wood floors. Wooden floors in an upper dwelling are not allowed by contract for a reason. The upper customer is allowed to have different rights from anyone else in a Peabody contract unfortunately showing Peabody to be ‘discriminatory ‘ and scared to confront the Tenant who illegally obtained the unit by making false claims in her contract of Peabody lease. One rule for one and not for all = Discrimination. I cannot enjoy my property as I have not been able to sleep for THREE YEARS. It’s simple apply your tenancy clauses to all your tenants. Favouring one tenant over another is very expensive in a court of law.
