Kindness and respect are the words I would use when I think of Dr Suzen. She helped us say goodbye to our lovely dog Cookie in July, in a calm and really gentle way. We were given lots of reassurance and all the time we needed at every step and although we are left with lots of sadness we have the knowledge that Cookie was never worried or scared in any way.
