I ordered a saree for Rs 3000 on September 27th, with a promised delivery date of October 2nd. I received a message on October 1st stating the delivery partner couldn't reach me and that a reattempt would occur on the 4th. However, to my dismay, I got a message on the 3rd saying my order was delivered, but no one called or contacted me. None of my neighbors received it either. I contacted the service but only got an automated reply. I'm at a loss about what to do.
