This platform is utterly deceptive. They offer terrible products and services, and their refund policy is the worst. Once you make a purchase, it's as if you've been scammed, and they only provide coupons instead of refunds. Prices are consistently higher than other retailers.
We ordered two sarees and received the same color but different shades. The colors didn't match the online images. When we requested a return, they refused, claiming it was purchased with a voucher. I received a message on October 1st stating the delivery partner couldn't reach me and that a reattempt would occur on the 4th. However, to my dismay, I got a message on the 3rd saying my order was delivered, but no one called or contacted me. None of my neighbors received it either. I contacted the service but only got an automated reply. I'm at a loss about what to do.
This company is completely untrustworthy! I ordered a dress material and received the wrong item. After multiple emails and calls, they still couldn't arrange a pickup and expect me to return it myself. They refuse to refund and instead offer a gift card. It's a terrible experience.
