I ordered slime for over 57 euros and paid 25 euros for shipping. This was the only gift requested for Christmas, and it seems like thanks to the service, there may be nothing. The package was ordered on November 2nd, and by the 18th, it was marked as arrived in France. After emailing about it, I was brushed off and told it would arrive by December 9th. I emailed again on the 9th, stating it was still in France, and it took nearly three days for a response. They claimed the package was likely lost and would resend, but I had to pay the difference in shipping costs to expedite it. I had no choice but to agree, but then I received an invoice for 45 euros, which was the full expedited cost, not just the difference. Further emails have gone unanswered. Do not use this company if you are based in Europe; their customer service is terrible.
