me and my wife love these slimes they have such a wide variety of textures and themes and all of them are so cute and smell amazing! Their customer service is also very prompt, polite, and accommodating when we had a texture issue with one of our slimes. will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend!!!!

My daughter wanted slime for Christmas, so I placed an order. It arrived on time, but it was sent in an envelope, which caused the lid to break and left the slime exposed. I contacted the support team but have not received a response yet. Considering the item's cost, I expected at least some feedback. I'm giving one star for customer service, not for the product.

I had an exceptional customer service experience. I placed a large order that was shipped to an old address (where it was stolen), and the company replaced my order at no cost. I was so relieved. The slimes always meet my child's expectations, and she loves them.
I placed an order on a Sunday but realized another family member had already ordered the same items. Unable to cancel through the order confirmation page, I submitted a contact form and emailed for cancellation. I received a reply within an hour (on a Sunday!) confirming the order was canceled. Impressive service, truly appreciated the quick response, especially on a weekend!
I ordered slime for over 57 euros and paid 25 euros for shipping. This was the only gift requested for Christmas, and it seems like thanks to the service, there may be nothing. The package was ordered on November 2nd, and by the 18th, it was marked as arrived in France. After emailing about it, I was brushed off and told it would arrive by December 9th. I emailed again on the 9th, stating it was still in France, and it took nearly three days for a response. They claimed the package was likely lost and would resend, but I had to pay the difference in shipping costs to expedite it. I had no choice but to agree, but then I received an invoice for 45 euros, which was the full expedited cost, not just the difference. Further emails have gone unanswered. Do not use this company if you are based in Europe; their customer service is terrible.
