Total scam! Uk buyer here,bought for daughters birthday a month in advance. After 3Weeks no tracking update. Then customer service said it was 'lost'. They wanted to send a replacement, i refused and requested a refund. They then said i paid with 'two different' payment methods so they cant refund . I Told them i did NOT. I sent them a screenshot of the bank receipt off my barclays account online banking. And now im ignored! Total and utter waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. YOU WONT SEE A DELIVERY OR YOUR MONEY BACK!
