We ordered slime before and there was no issue. This time we ordered in advance for a bday and unfortunately 4 of them were extremely sticky, totally unusable. Despite the fact it made over a month since the delivery, I contacted the support service, they answered promptly and are exchanging the slimes I am really happy about the service
