I recently ordered a slime for Valentines day for my daughter. The clay shipping contained was cracked and the clay was hard and would not mix in slime. I emailed help line on a Friday night and within a short time period had a response. They offered to send out a new slime of our choice as a replacement. The new slime has now shipped. Great customer service. We will continue to buy in future.
