We recently had a self-misplaced slime add-in mishap and the customer service team went above and beyond helping us out! Thank you for your kindness and understanding. We are continually impressed with the product quality and variety. My daughter has tried many many slimes (a slime connoisseur), and has continued to find these products superior.
