My daughter wanted slime for Christmas, so I placed an order. It arrived on time, but it was sent in an envelope, which caused the lid to break and left the slime exposed. I contacted the support team but have not received a response yet. Considering the item's cost, I expected at least some feedback. I'm giving one star for customer service, not for the product.
