I placed an online order on 3/7/2025, for 4 pairs of Cropped Jeggins at a total cost of £56.99. My order was supposed to be delivered to Peacocks in Maidstone. I paid the additional £2.99 for the Express Collect In Store.I have no idea why or where Peacocks Lanark came into question. As obviously I reside in Maidstone & would be collecting from Peacocks, Maidstone.Spent ages & on a number of occasions phoning your Customer Services Department, in the hope of speaking to someone to discuss the error. I gave up after the 4th attempt & having been on the phone for period in excess of 1 hour.I received a call from Peacocks, Lanark to say my order was ready for collection. The store manager was most helpful and stated that this had happened in the past & especially where orders were meant for Maidstone, Kent. She stated that she would return my order & send an email to Customer Services requesting the sum of £56.99 to be refunded to myself.As at today’s date, 17th July, I have neither received the goods nor money owing to me.
