Extremely disappointing customer service! I wouldn't even rate them with a single star if I could. I returned a complete order on December 14 through a delivery service. I have proof that the order was collected, but the company claims they never received it. The delivery service is unable to locate it, and I've been passed back and forth between both parties, with neither taking responsibility, leaving me out of pocket. The customer service team sends the same generic responses to complaints, misleads you to end the call, or simply ignores you. I will never order from them again. A terrible company that prioritizes keeping customers' money over properly investigating issues and issuing refunds when it's not the customer's fault.
I ordered online and the delivery was prompt; however, when I attempted to return an item in-store, I was only given an online receipt. BEWARE - they DO NOT refund your money, no matter how often you try. The store claims they can't process refunds, and customer service is unhelpful as well, making it feel like a scam. I've had a very stressful experience and had to involve my bank. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. AVOID ONLINE ORDERS!!! If something doesn’t fit, you’ve lost your money because you WON’T get a refund!!!
I had a very frustrating experience with this service. After multiple payment rejections, my order was processed multiple times. The wrong size was sent, and trying to exchange it was a hassle. They only offered to let me return it at my own expense, and the whole situation was incredibly stressful. It's best to look elsewhere for your purchases.
I attempted to place an order online for two days, but my orders were created without fulfillment. I reached out via chat, but it was unproductive. After calling customer service twice, totaling over an hour, I still faced issues and was promised a callback that never happened. I’m surprised they manage to sell anything online!
I ordered an item five days ago with express delivery to a store, but it hasn’t arrived. The staff at the shop were unhelpful, and the delivery service claimed the item was out for delivery but had the wrong postcode. It’s shocking that they can’t manage basic customer service.
