I returned two items via EVRI as per there online instructions. EVRI have confirmed they have lost the parcel. EVRI stated it is not there issue and I have to speak with Peacocks. Three emails and I have not received a response. Numerous attempts to contact via telephone from 0800 to throughout the day, no one answers the calls. There is no customer service at Peacock’s whatsoever. I have no idea what to do, the items were valued at £40.00.
